NeighborhoodNEXT is an interactive way to bring the "feel" of the neighborhood to the customer via the internet. Each agent will manage a website for each individual neighborhood that they choose to farm. The sites include all of the current neighborhood listings, an area to upload 20 photos of the neighborhood, a high quality newsletter, advertisements spots for local businesses and school information, the covenants and a calender to display up and coming events. All aspects can be controlled by either the agent or the homeowners association, and can be updated as fast as you can type. With all of these aspects, it is very easy to gain a sence of what each neighborhood is all about. Customers will have the ability to see for themselves how each neighborhood interacts within itself and the surrounding community.
